Polish airline announces expansion plans

When it comes to growth in the aviation industry, it's important to keep in mind that other markets having emerging airlines as well. Even though the down economy has battered countries around the world, work is still underway by many businesses to continue to expand and grow.
LOT Polish Airlines is one such company that is branching out. The airline has announced plans to expand its services in the U.S. and Canada.
A new sales model will be put in place, but the airline says such measures will not affect the passenger experience. LOT Polish Airlines board member Leszek Narowski says servicing other continents is important to the company's success.
"Our clients in North America, particularly the Poles living in the U.S. and Canada, are extremely important to the growth of LOT Polish Airlines," says Narowski. "Most important for the company is the maintenance of the Polish carrier's brand in North America."
When it comes to securing a ticket, passengers are best off searching a variety of sources to get the best price. There are several factors, including date, time and number of transfers, that can impact costs.
