ZuluLog.com recently released its new iOS application for iPhone, iPad and iPod devices. The app can be used alongside a cloud-based account at ZuluLog.com or can be used as a standalone logbook for pilots.
Regardless of a data connection, users will be able to use the app to enter, edit and view records from anywhere. They are then able to sync the information with their ZuluLog accounts. The app also provides pilots aviation tools, tracking of clearances, frequencies and transponder codes, custom field entry, a flight counter screen and more.
The application free in the Apple App Store and Android users can also find the app on Google Play.
Flightcom also debuted more technology for the general aviation community, releasing its Denali headset line at the Experimental Aviation Administration's AirVenture show.
“Flightcom now offers a total of 12 general aviation headsets – all new this year, including the recently released Venture series – to complement our highly regarded intercom systems,” said Flightcom’s Carl Azar.
Along with a carbon-fiber styling, all the headsets feature padded ear seals covered in Flightcom's ComLeather. With new technologies rolling out at AirVenture, the general aviation community is reminded to buy pilot life insurance, a purchase that one will not regret.
